Blend recipes · Easy breathing

hits the mark every time

4 oils · Citrus · Herbal · Minty · Woody · code BL-2043

Four oils at ten drops each: eucalyptus and peppermint cool and crisp, bright lemon, and cypress, conifer-green like a forest after rain. A strong, decisive scent that makes the air in the room feel much more open. Premix the 40-drop batch in a bottle; you only need 4 drops per diffuser session, and avoid using it around young children and pets.

How it unfolds

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Cypress (fresh, dry and clean like conifer wood) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

Safety

Photosensitizing

Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.

Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.

FAQ

How do I use hits the mark every time in a diffuser?
Add Eucalyptus 2 · Peppermint 2 · Lemon 2 · Cypress 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of eucalyptus?
Swap eucalyptus for rosemary or tea tree — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: rosemary is cool, green, herbal and invigorating.
When is the best time to use hits the mark every time?
Use it in closed rooms, on humid days, in monsoon season or after long hours of air conditioning — diffuse in short 20–30 minute runs.
