Dreamy day, clear head: lemon opens tart and bright, juniper brings a clean needle-leaf note, and peppermint with rosemary lay down a cool herbal base. Great for a desk by the window on days when you want a tidy mind in the middle of the heat. For a slightly softer version, reduce the rosemary and swap in one drop of lavender instead.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Juniper (green and berry-like, with clean resinous wood) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
