Blend recipes · Energy & alertness
Fired up for the new week and ready to take on everything. This is a big-bottle recipe: sixty drops of cedarwood build a solid, dry wood base, forty drops of peppermint add a strong chill, rosemary brings a sharp green note, and ten drops of ylang-ylang add a sweet floral touch. Every Monday morning, pour five drops into the diffuser. Made for the Monday office, and it'll last you all month.

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Ylang ylang (rich, creamy, tropical and sweetly floral) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
