post-nap brain refresh

3 oils · Citrus · Herbal · Woody · code BL-1333

Clear as spring water: six drops of lemon up top, followed by four drops of juniper with a dry, clean conifer scent, and rosemary settling in with green herbs. Use it when you need to think clearly: planning, doing the books or clearing out the closet. Tip: run the diffuser with the window open to the morning breeze, and the room will feel freshly laundered.

How it unfolds

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Juniper (green and berry-like, with clean resinous wood) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

Safety

Photosensitizing

Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.

Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.

FAQ

How do I use post-nap brain refresh in a diffuser?
Add Lemon 4 · Juniper 2 · Rosemary 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of lemon?
Swap lemon for sweet orange or bergamot — same citrus family. The blend will shift a little: sweet orange is ripe, sweet, cheerful and round.
When is the best time to use post-nap brain refresh?
Best in the morning, early afternoon, or right after a nap; avoid using it close to bedtime.
