Blend recipes · Easy breathing
A cool breeze whenever you ask, no window required. Lemon, rosemary and eucalyptus split the opening, fresh, green and cool, while one drop of juniper pulls it toward a dry, resinous wood like a forest after sunshine. Great for apartments sealed tight for the AC, especially on stuffy afternoons. Run the diffuser in cycles, 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off, so your nose doesn't get used to the scent.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Juniper (green and berry-like, with clean resinous wood) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
