post-lunch slump fixer

4 oils · Citrus · Herbal · Minty · code BL-2229

Foggy after lunch, you need a gentle nudge. Bright lemon speaks up first, eucalyptus and peppermint open clear and cool, and clary sage settles into a soft, slightly sweet dry-hay note. Your afternoon desk or a study room is where this scent is needed. Run the diffuser for 15 minutes; for an even stronger wake-up, add 1 drop of peppermint to the mix.

How it unfolds

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Clary sage (sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

Safety

Photosensitizing

Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.

Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.

FAQ

How do I use post-lunch slump fixer in a diffuser?
Add Lemon 4 · Eucalyptus 2 · Peppermint 2 · Clary Sage 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of lemon?
Swap lemon for sweet orange or bergamot — same citrus family. The blend will shift a little: sweet orange is ripe, sweet, cheerful and round.
When is the best time to use post-lunch slump fixer?
Use it in closed rooms, on humid days, in monsoon season or after long hours of air conditioning — diffuse in short 20–30 minute runs.
