one long sigh of relief

3 oils · Floral · Herbal · Resinous & sweet · code BL-0479

Work's done, now let out one long sigh of relief. Ten drops of lavender make a smooth floral base, eucalyptus opens up a cool, airy feeling that makes each breath seem wider, and frankincense holds a warm, slightly resinous bottom. Perfect for the moment you send the last email of the day and shut the laptop. Use half the recipe in a small bedroom, and the full amount in the living room.

How it unfolds

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

FAQ

How do I use one long sigh of relief in a diffuser?
Add Lavender 4 · Frankincense 2 · Eucalyptus 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of lavender?
Swap lavender for geranium or ylang ylang — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: geranium is green and rosy, fresh and balanced.
When is the best time to use one long sigh of relief?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
