Blend recipes · Energy & alertness
Staying on top of your game all day, never fading from morning to evening. Three drops of geranium open with fresh green rose, two drops of lemon add a bright tang, and bergamot and cedarwood, one drop each, bring clean citrus and dry wood. Great for long workdays from morning to night. Run it intermittently, thirty-minute rounds spaced an hour apart, so the scent never gets tiring.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Lemon and Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
