Staying on top of your game on a Monday calls for geranium and clary sage to open the show: one green and floral, the other a soft, sweet herbal note with a hint of tea. Cedarwood adds dry woody depth, and lemon keeps the top bright. This blend suits the office at the start of the week or a small studio during planning. Tip: run the diffuser while you write your to-do list, and turn it off once you've crossed off the first item.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced); clary sage (sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
