Blend recipes · Fresh air & odor control
An old mattress that still smells brand new. Cedarwood leads with warm dry wood, lavender is gentle, and lemongrass and eucalyptus radiata split the finish, fresh green and soft cool. Mix it into a spray bottle with water and a little alcohol, lightly mist the mattress, and let it dry for a few hours before putting on the sheets. Air the mattress in the sun when you can.

On opening. Lemongrass (fresh, green and clean); eucalyptus radiata (gently cool, softer than classic eucalyptus) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Lemongrass can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
