my turn to present next

3 oils · Citrus · Woody · code BL-0764

Your turn to present is coming up, and your hands are a little shaky. Three drops of cedarwood make a sturdy dry wood base, cypress adds clean green needles, and bergamot sprinkles on bright, slightly tea-like peel. Good for a home office before an online presentation. Switch on the diffuser ten minutes ahead, breathe slowly, and review your three main points.

How it unfolds

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Cypress (fresh, dry and clean like conifer wood) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

Method

Diffuser
Cedarwood 3 · Cypress 2 · Bergamot 2 drops in 200–300 ml of water. Run for 30–60 minutes, then take a break.

Cedarwood 2 · Cypress 1 · Bergamot 1 drops, then top up with a carrier oil (jojoba or sweet almond). Dab on wrists and the back of the neck.
50 ml room spray
Cedarwood 13 · Cypress 9 · Bergamot 9 drops + 1 teaspoon of food-grade alcohol, then top up with distilled water. Shake before spraying.

Safety

Photosensitizing

Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.

Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.

FAQ

How do I use my turn to present next in a diffuser?
Add Cedarwood 3 · Cypress 2 · Bergamot 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of cedarwood?
Swap cedarwood for sandalwood or patchouli — same woody family. The blend will shift a little: sandalwood is creamy, smooth and long-lasting.
When is the best time to use my turn to present next?
Turn it on when your head feels tight: before a meeting, after a long day, or when you need a few minutes to settle.
