morning speedrun

3 oils · Herbal · Minty · Woody · code BL-1281

When your morning is a race against the clock, your scent should be quick too. Peppermint shoots up first, icy cool; thyme follows with a warm, spicy herbal note; and a single drop of cypress leaves a green conifer echo. The bathroom or dressing corner, while you're brushing your teeth and hunting for your keys, is its stage. The diffuser only needs to run for 10 minutes, enough to get you out the door on time.

How it unfolds

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Thyme (warm, dry and herbal with a touch of spice); cypress (fresh, dry and clean like conifer wood) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

Safety

FAQ

How do I use morning speedrun in a diffuser?
Add Peppermint 2 · Thyme 2 · Cypress 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of peppermint?
Swap peppermint for spearmint — same minty family. The blend will shift a little: spearmint is sweet and cool, softer than peppermint, with a hint of chewing gum.
When is the best time to use morning speedrun?
Best in the morning, early afternoon, or right after a nap; avoid using it close to bedtime.
