floor's still drying

3 oils · Herbal · Minty · code BL-2339

The floor has just been mopped, and you're walking barefoot on the cool tiles. Eucalyptus, peppermint and thyme split five drops each: clear cool, icy cool and dry spicy herbs. Add 6–8 drops to the bucket of mopping water, and the room will smell cool and fresh all afternoon. If you have little kids at home, use less peppermint.

How it unfolds

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Thyme (warm, dry and herbal with a touch of spice) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use floor's still drying in a diffuser?
Add Eucalyptus 3 · Peppermint 3 · Thyme 3 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of eucalyptus?
Swap eucalyptus for rosemary or tea tree — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: rosemary is cool, green, herbal and invigorating.
When is the best time to use floor's still drying?
Use it after cooking or cleaning, in the bathroom, near the shoe cabinet, or in rooms shared with pets.
