Blend recipes · Meditation & calm
Mood all tangled up? Geranium opens with fresh green rose, lemon brightens the space, and lavender and clary sage, one drop each, keep a gentle herbal base. A light blend for an afternoon when you're fed up with everything and want to start over. Tip: run the diffuser and open the window for about five minutes at the same time to swap out the air.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced); lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); clary sage (sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
