laugh it off

3 oils · Citrus · Floral · code BL-1374

Whatever happens, just laugh it off. Geranium, lavender and lemon split it evenly at two drops each: green rose, soft purple florals and bright lemon peel. The scent is gentle and never loud, like an easygoing friend. It suits the family living room when everyone's gathered in front of the TV. For more depth, add 1 drop of cedarwood or sandalwood to the base.

How it unfolds

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced); lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use laugh it off in a diffuser?
Add Geranium 2 · Lavender 2 · Lemon 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of geranium?
Swap geranium for ylang ylang or Roman chamomile — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: ylang ylang is rich, creamy, tropical and sweetly floral.
When is the best time to use laugh it off?
Use it when guests are coming, on weekends, after tidying the house, or whenever you want a little good mood.
