Moc Chau campfire

3 oils · Woody · Resinous & sweet · code BL-2823

Rolling tea hills in Moc Chau, cold night mist and a crackling campfire. Pine leads with cool resin, while cedarwood and frankincense follow equally, dry wood meeting slightly smoky resin. Good for the living room or rooftop on cold evenings with friends, snacks and stories. Start the diffuser while grilling; for more warmth, add 2 drops of frankincense.

How it unfolds

As it settles. Pine (green and resinous, like a forest walk) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings); frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sink in and linger after the diffuser is off.

Method

Diffuser
Pine 3 · Cedarwood 2 · Frankincense 2 drops in 200–300 ml of water. Run for 30–60 minutes, then take a break.
10 ml roller
Pine 2 · Cedarwood 2 · Frankincense 2 drops, then top up with a carrier oil (jojoba or sweet almond). Dab on wrists and the back of the neck.
50 ml room spray
Pine 12 · Cedarwood 9 · Frankincense 9 drops + 1 teaspoon of food-grade alcohol, then top up with distilled water. Shake before spraying.

FAQ

How do I use Moc Chau campfire in a diffuser?
Add Pine 3 · Cedarwood 2 · Frankincense 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of pine?
Swap pine for sandalwood or patchouli — same woody family. The blend will shift a little: sandalwood is creamy, smooth and long-lasting.
When is the best time to use Moc Chau campfire?
Made for chilly days, cold rain, Tet (the Lunar New Year) and Christmas; use it in the living room or bedroom.
