When your body sends the message to rest, listen. Pine, cypress and bergamot take three drops each: it opens with fresh, slightly tea-like bergamot, then a cool base of needles and green pine resin spreads out behind. Good for a mid-afternoon break, when you put your head down on the desk for ten minutes. Run the diffuser on intermittent mode to keep the scent gentle for a full hour.

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Pine (green and resinous, like a forest walk); cypress (fresh, dry and clean like conifer wood) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
