melting after the night shift

5 oils · Floral · Herbal · Resinous & sweet · code BL-0308

Completely limp after a long day. Five oils split evenly at five drops each: geranium's green rose, lavender's purple herbs, tea tree's green leaves, clary sage's warm sweetness and frankincense's fragrant resin. The scent is balanced and clean with no note standing out, perfect for the living room or bedroom. For a regular diffuser, use 1 drop of each; for more warmth, add 1 drop of frankincense.

How it unfolds

On opening. Tea tree (green, medicinal and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced); lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); clary sage (sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

FAQ

How do I use melting after the night shift in a diffuser?
Add Geranium 2 · Lavender 2 · Tea Tree 2 · Clary Sage 2 · Frankincense 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of geranium?
Swap geranium for ylang ylang or Roman chamomile — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: ylang ylang is rich, creamy, tropical and sweetly floral.
When is the best time to use melting after the night shift?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
