The rain has just stopped, leaves still dripping, and the earth giving off a lovely scent. Lavender opens clean, tea tree adds a wet green-leaf note, geranium is fresh like just-watered flowers, and frankincense and patchouli lay a base of warm resin and damp earth. The blend suits a balcony or living room after an afternoon shower. For a room of about 12 m², use 3, 2, 1, 1 and 1 drops in the recipe's order.

On opening. Tea tree (green, medicinal and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still); patchouli (like damp earth and dark wood, deeply sweet) sink in and linger after the diffuser is off.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
