Heading to work bright and zesty even though it's gray outside with a light drizzle. Lemon and lime, two drops each, create two layers of fresh tang, one sunny yellow and one sharp green, while a single drop of cinnamon scatters a warm, sweet spice at the end. Great for a desk in the morning or your own kitchen. Cinnamon is quite strong, so stick to exactly one drop.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); lime (zesty, gently tart and very fresh) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Cinnamon (spicy-sweet, hot and warm) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon and Lime can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Cinnamon can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
