Blend recipes · Energy & alertness
Lemon, lime and rosemary, two drops each, fresh without needing an excuse. The two citrus oils layer on top of each other, one bright and golden, the other tart, green and sharp, then rosemary settles in with dry herbs. Best of all in the kitchen after washing the dishes, or in the living room early in the morning. Tip: open the window when you run the diffuser, and the morning breeze will carry the lemon scent all through the house.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); lime (zesty, gently tart and very fresh) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon and Lime can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
