hotpot food coma

3 oils · Floral · Herbal · Minty · code BL-0579

Stuffed after a hotpot dinner, with the whole room still smelling of broth. Three drops of peppermint open with a cool breath that clears the air, fennel adds candy-like sweet anise, and Roman chamomile closes with gentle sweet apple. Perfect right after a big dinner with lots of people. Open the window for five minutes to let some of the food smell out, then turn on the diffuser so the scent comes through clearly.

How it unfolds

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Fennel (sweet and herbal with a little anise); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use hotpot food coma in a diffuser?
Add Peppermint 3 · Fennel 2 · Roman Chamomile 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of peppermint?
Swap peppermint for spearmint — same minty family. The blend will shift a little: spearmint is sweet and cool, softer than peppermint, with a hint of chewing gum.
When is the best time to use hotpot food coma?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
