homemade lip balm afternoon

4 oils · Floral · Resinous & sweet · code BL-0540

An afternoon of laying out your supplies and making a few lip balms by hand. Neroli and frankincense split ten drops each, bright white flowers blending with warm resin; lavender and Roman chamomile add softness, lightly sweet like floral tea. The scent suits slow, crafty moments. This blend is for diffusing in the room, 5 drops of the mix each time; do not apply it directly to your lips.

How it unfolds

As it settles. Neroli (white-floral, honeyed and clear); lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

FAQ

How do I use homemade lip balm afternoon in a diffuser?
Add Neroli 2 · Frankincense 2 · Lavender 2 · Roman Chamomile 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of neroli?
Swap neroli for geranium or ylang ylang — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: geranium is green and rosy, fresh and balanced.
When is the best time to use homemade lip balm afternoon?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
