The alert chill of peppermint arrives first, while cinnamon and bergamot follow equally, warm spice meeting elegant citrus. A scent for weekends spent entirely at home, tidying the closet, cooking and watching movies. Good for the living room or kitchen on cold days. Start the diffuser in the morning as you open the windows to air out; for more warmth, cut peppermint to 2 drops.

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Cinnamon (spicy-sweet, hot and warm) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Cinnamon can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
