Christmas Eve, a warm kitchen and flour all over the counter. Lemon opens bright like zest grated into the dough, cinnamon follows with sweet spice, and bergamot adds a touch of elegance at the end. Good for the kitchen or living room on evenings in December. Turn on the diffuser while the cookies are in the oven so the scents mingle; for more warmth, add 1 drop of cinnamon.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Cinnamon (spicy-sweet, hot and warm) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon and Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Cinnamon can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
