good kid, off to bed

3 oils · Citrus · Floral · code BL-0054

Fresh, juicy sweet orange leads, ylang-ylang follows with a rich, sweet yellow-floral scent, and one drop of Roman chamomile lightens the finish with a tea-like note. The scent is cheerful, cozy and a bit crowd-pleasing, really cute for evenings when you need to remind yourself to go to bed on time. In a small room, cut the ylang-ylang to one drop so the orange leads more clearly.

How it unfolds

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Ylang ylang (rich, creamy, tropical and sweetly floral); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use good kid, off to bed in a diffuser?
Add Sweet Orange 3 · Ylang Ylang 2 · Roman Chamomile 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of sweet orange?
Swap sweet orange for lemon or bergamot — same citrus family. The blend will shift a little: lemon is fresh, bright and clean.
When is the best time to use good kid, off to bed?
Run the diffuser for 20–30 minutes before bed with the door closed, then switch it off or set a timer when you get into bed.
