going easy on myself

4 oils · Floral · Herbal · code BL-0216

Go a little easy on yourself today. The two chamomiles and lavender are split almost evenly, creating a sweet, soft, clean herbal base, with tea tree adding a fresh green-leaf note on top. The scent is gentle and smooth, perfect for the bedroom or a quiet corner to unwind. This is a big-bottle ratio; use about 5 drops of the mix each time, and rinse the diffuser since blue chamomile has color.

How it unfolds

On opening. Tea tree (green, medicinal and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Blue chamomile (deeply herbal, bittersweet and a little smoky); lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use going easy on myself in a diffuser?
Add Blue Chamomile 3 · Lavender 2 · Roman Chamomile 2 · Tea Tree 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of blue chamomile?
Swap blue chamomile for geranium or ylang ylang — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: geranium is green and rosy, fresh and balanced.
When is the best time to use going easy on myself?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
