New sheets on the bed for the weekend, so the room should smell new too. Four drops of lemongrass spill out a zesty, grassy lemon note, cypress adds green wood like a row of trees after rain, and geranium closes with a gentle rose. Lovely on a Saturday afternoon, when sunlight slants across the freshly smoothed bed. Lemongrass is fairly strong, so in a room under 12 m², cut it to three drops.

On opening. Lemongrass (fresh, green and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Cypress (fresh, dry and clean like conifer wood); geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemongrass can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
