a breath of rosemary

3 oils · Citrus · Floral · Herbal · code BL-0231

Rosemary opens green, sharp and wakeful, lemongrass adds a fresh, lightly tangy note like bruised lemongrass leaves, and geranium closes with a soft green rose. The herbal scent is invigorating and clean, perfect for a home office or the kitchen in the morning. For a small diffuser, use 2, 1 and 1 drops. Take a few deep breaths by the window and feel your head clear right up.

How it unfolds

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); lemongrass (fresh, green and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

Method

Diffuser
Rosemary 4 · Lemongrass 3 · Geranium 2 drops in 200–300 ml of water. Run for 30–60 minutes, then take a break.

Safety

FAQ

How do I use a breath of rosemary in a diffuser?
Add Rosemary 4 · Lemongrass 3 · Geranium 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of rosemary?
Swap rosemary for eucalyptus or tea tree — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: eucalyptus is strong, cool and wide open.
When is the best time to use a breath of rosemary?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
