Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Five minutes before you walk into the meeting room is the perfect moment for this blend. Eucalyptus radiata opens with a soft, clear coolness, peppermint follows so each breath feels a little wider, and tea tree and rosemary settle into a tidy, alert green base. Set the diffuser on the corner of your desk and take three slow breaths before opening your laptop. For scent-sensitive people, drop 1 drop of peppermint.

On opening. Eucalyptus radiata (gently cool, softer than classic eucalyptus); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
