No appointment needed: the spa opens right in your own bathroom. Ten drops of Roman chamomile make a smooth base of sweet apple and honey, bergamot adds cool, slightly tea-like orange peel, and ylang-ylang sprinkles in a bit of sweet flower at the end. Good for a foot soak, a face mask and some meditation music. This amount suits a large room; a small bathroom needs only half.

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow); ylang ylang (rich, creamy, tropical and sweetly floral) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
