The boss says you can go home early today: double the joy. Sweet orange and bergamot open with a bright citrus rush, one sweet, the other slightly tea-like; lavender softens the middle, and a single drop of ylang-ylang adds a little sweet flower at the end. Perfect for getting home while it's still light out. Switch on the diffuser while you water the plants or walk the dog around the block.

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round); bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); ylang ylang (rich, creamy, tropical and sweetly floral) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
