4 oils · Floral · Herbal · Minty · Resinous & sweet · code BL-2921

Lavender leads, soft as a cool pillow, peppermint makes a light breeze so your head doesn't feel heavy, and frankincense with tea tree keep things clean and warm. Made for a 20-minute power nap at the office or in a break room. The ratio is fairly large, so mix a batch in advance and use about 4–5 drops in a mini diffuser next to your desk.

How it unfolds

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

FAQ

How do I use desk nap approved in a diffuser?
Add Lavender 4 · Peppermint 2 · Frankincense 1 · Tea Tree 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of lavender?
Swap lavender for geranium or ylang ylang — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: geranium is green and rosy, fresh and balanced.
When is the best time to use desk nap approved?
Use it at midday, in hot rooms, or after coming in from outside; you can also mix a room spray for a quick cool-down.
