cried it out, washed my face

3 oils · Citrus · Floral · Woody · code BL-0693

After crying, wash your face, and things will feel lighter. Three drops of juniper open with a clear, berry-like conifer note like cool water, lavender adds soft purple flowers, and bergamot sprinkles on bright, slightly tea-like peel. Good for the bedroom after a heavy-hearted day. Turn on the diffuser, wrap up in a blanket, and call a close friend, or just lie still and listen to the rain.

How it unfolds

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Juniper (green and berry-like, with clean resinous wood); lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use cried it out, washed my face in a diffuser?
Add Juniper 3 · Lavender 2 · Bergamot 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of juniper?
Swap juniper for cedarwood or sandalwood — same woody family. The blend will shift a little: cedarwood is dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings.
When is the best time to use cried it out, washed my face?
Turn it on when your head feels tight: before a meeting, after a long day, or when you need a few minutes to settle.
