mid-shift brain reset

5 oils · Citrus · Floral · Herbal · Minty · Resinous & sweet · code BL-1276

Halfway through your shift, your mind starts to feel foggy. Eucalyptus opens airy and cool, lemon and peppermint make the air crisp and clear, lavender soothes in the middle, and frankincense keeps a warm base so the scent lasts. This five-oil blend balances alert and calm, great for an office or an enclosed workstation. Tip: switch on the diffuser right at break time and pair it with a two-minute stretch.

How it unfolds

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); lemon (fresh, bright and clean); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

FAQ

How do I use mid-shift brain reset in a diffuser?
Add Eucalyptus 3 · Lemon 2 · Peppermint 2 · Lavender 2 · Frankincense 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of eucalyptus?
Swap eucalyptus for rosemary or tea tree — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: rosemary is cool, green, herbal and invigorating.
When is the best time to use mid-shift brain reset?
Best in the morning, early afternoon, or right after a nap; avoid using it close to bedtime.
