Be brave; you've got this. Three drops of bergamot open with bright, slightly tea-like peel, jasmine adds sweet white flowers, and cedarwood lines it with steady dry wood. Good for the morning before an important appointment. Turn on the diffuser while you get ready and take a few deep breaths before heading out the door; for a warmer scent, add one drop of cedarwood.

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Jasmine (white-floral, sweet, heady and alluring) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
