A mind that's beautifully empty, like a room you just tidied. A large bottle recipe with six oils: peppermint, rose, and cypress at fifteen drops each build a cool, sweet, green base, while frankincense, bergamot, and lavender add warmth, freshness, and softness. Use five drops each time for a 15 m² room. Great for a lunch break or whenever you need to clear your head.

How it unfolds

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Rose (deep, silky and luxurious); cypress (fresh, dry and clean like conifer wood); lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

Safety

Photosensitizing

Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.

Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.

FAQ

How do I use beautifully empty head in a diffuser?
Add Peppermint 2 · Rose 2 · Cypress 2 · Frankincense 1 · Bergamot 1 · Lavender 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of peppermint?
Swap peppermint for spearmint — same minty family. The blend will shift a little: spearmint is sweet and cool, softer than peppermint, with a hint of chewing gum.
When is the best time to use beautifully empty head?
Use it while meditating, doing yoga, journaling, or simply sitting still for 10 minutes without your phone.
