allowed to be soft

4 oils · Citrus · Floral · Resinous & sweet · code BL-0811

It's okay to feel a little fragile. Five drops of lavender set a soft floral base, frankincense adds deep resin, ylang ylang sprinkles golden sweet florals, and sweet orange brings a cheerful freshness. Made for the bedroom at night: cry a little, then sleep. Diffuse for 30 minutes, hug a pillow, and give yourself permission to rest.

How it unfolds

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); ylang ylang (rich, creamy, tropical and sweetly floral) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

FAQ

How do I use allowed to be soft in a diffuser?
Add Lavender 3 · Frankincense 2 · Ylang Ylang 2 · Sweet Orange 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of lavender?
Swap lavender for geranium or Roman chamomile — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: geranium is green and rosy, fresh and balanced.
When is the best time to use allowed to be soft?
Turn it on when your head feels tight: before a meeting, after a long day, or when you need a few minutes to settle.
