Last exam done, and the only thing left to do is lie flat. Lavender leads with a clean purple floral note, sweet orange and bergamot slip in a bright streak like a window just opened, and Roman chamomile leaves a gentle, honeyed finish. In a small room of about 15 m², 20 minutes is enough to fill it. For deeper catch-up sleep, use one less drop of sweet orange and keep the rest.

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round); bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
