Blend recipes · Energy & alertness
Four oils, one drop each, just enough for a corner of your study desk. Cypress brings a green conifer scent, bergamot is bright and clean, clary sage is soft and sweet like tea, and eucalyptus radiata keeps everything airy and cool. Great for a small study room during your final review before a morning exam. Switch on the diffuser as soon as you wake up, and turn it off when you leave so the scent lingers on your clothes.

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style); eucalyptus radiata (gently cool, softer than classic eucalyptus) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Cypress (fresh, dry and clean like conifer wood); clary sage (sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
