3pm, plotting my escape

3 oils · Citrus · Floral · Resinous & sweet · code BL-0125

Three in the afternoon, eyes glued to the screen, but your mind is already at the beach. Bergamot opens fresh with an elegant bitter edge, lavender softens the middle, then frankincense closes with a warm, calm resin note. The blend suits a home office or a small office when you need ten minutes to breathe. Turn on the diffuser, step away from the screen, make a cup of tea, and only then go back.

How it unfolds

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

FAQ

How do I use 3pm, plotting my escape in a diffuser?
Add Bergamot 3 · Frankincense 3 · Lavender 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of bergamot?
Swap bergamot for lemon or sweet orange — same citrus family. The blend will shift a little: lemon is fresh, bright and clean.
When is the best time to use 3pm, plotting my escape?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
