On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Rose (deep, silky and luxurious); clary sage (sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
