it's a match

4 oils · Citrus · Floral · Herbal · code BL-1686

Rose opens light and sweet, bergamot adds an approachable freshness, and ylang ylang and clary sage fill the middle with warm florals and herbs. It feels like landing on a profile that's totally your type and swiping right instantly. Great for late-night scrolling in bed or getting ready for a first meeting. In a small bedroom, 6 drops is plenty; keep the clary sage for depth.

How it unfolds

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Rose (deep, silky and luxurious); ylang ylang (rich, creamy, tropical and sweetly floral); clary sage (sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

Safety

Photosensitizing

Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.

Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.

FAQ

How do I use it's a match in a diffuser?
Add Rose 3 · Ylang Ylang 2 · Bergamot 2 · Clary Sage 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of rose?
Swap rose for lavender or geranium — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: lavender is floral-herbal, clean and soothing.
When is the best time to use it's a match?
Made for date nights, candlelit dinners and private spaces; switch it on 15 minutes before anyone arrives.
