By the tenth yawn, it's time for real action. Lemongrass and rosemary, five drops each: lemongrass gives off a zingy fresh-cut grass and lemon note, while rosemary pulls it down onto a slightly camphoraceous herbal base, clear and awake. Good for a big workspace or an afternoon group class. If the room is under 15m², use only 3 drops of each; lemongrass is quite pushy and can be overwhelming if you overdo it.

On opening. Lemongrass (fresh, green and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemongrass can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
