Blend recipes · Energy & alertness
Sunday morning cleaning: all the windows open, music turned up loud. Rosemary, lemongrass, lime, and eucalyptus radiata get one drop each: sharp green, fresh tang, green zest, and soft coolness, as clean as a house that's just been mopped. Great for a living room or kitchen. Every time you finish a room, start the diffuser in that room to seal the fresh feeling.

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); lemongrass (fresh, green and clean); lime (zesty, gently tart and very fresh); eucalyptus radiata (gently cool, softer than classic eucalyptus) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lime can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Lemongrass can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
