wiped out after the shift

3 oils · Floral · Herbal · code BL-0408

Completely wiped out after a long shift. Camphor and lavender share the main role, with lavender keeping a clean purple herbal note, and Roman chamomile closes with gentle, sweet apple-tea. The scent is soft and comforting, good for the bedroom or living room in the evening. Take a warm shower, then turn on the diffuser; for a small diffuser, 2, 2, 1 drops is just right.

How it unfolds

On opening. Camphor (icy, strong and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

Method

Diffuser
Camphor 3 · Lavender 3 · Roman Chamomile 2 drops in 200–300 ml of water. Run for 30–60 minutes, then take a break.

FAQ

How do I use wiped out after the shift in a diffuser?
Add Camphor 3 · Lavender 3 · Roman Chamomile 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of camphor?
Swap camphor for rosemary or eucalyptus — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: rosemary is cool, green, herbal and invigorating.
When is the best time to use wiped out after the shift?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
