Blend recipes · Easy breathing
The night shift is over, the sun is up, and you're completely wiped out. Camphor opens cool and slightly spicy, rosemary adds an alert herbal note, and tea tree closes green and clean. Great to switch on when you get home and shower, before catching up on sleep. If you need to fall asleep right away, cut rosemary to 1 drop and add 2 drops of lavender for a softer blend.

On opening. Camphor (icy, strong and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Camphor can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
