Thyme leads with warm, dry herbs, and two drops of star anise add a soft, sweet spice. An unusual scent, half herb garden, half winter kitchen. Good for the living room or home office on cold mornings. Use it while brewing your morning tea; thyme is quite strong, so scent-sensitive folks can cut it to 4 drops.

As it settles. Thyme (warm, dry and herbal with a touch of spice); star anise (sweet and warm, reminiscent of pho broth and Tet sweets) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Thyme can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
