wheezy and worn out

5 oils · Citrus · Floral · Herbal · Woody · Resinous & sweet · code BL-2143

Wheezy and worn out all day, you need a scent with enough layers to change the mood. Cedarwood spreads a warm, dry wood base, then lavender, frankincense, lemon and tea tree join in equal parts: floral, resinous, fresh and clean. This ready-mix bottle lasts a while; each night, use 6 drops in the living room diffuser. The air feels soft and open at once.

How it unfolds

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings); frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sink in and linger after the diffuser is off.

Safety

Photosensitizing

Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.

Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.

FAQ

How do I use wheezy and worn out in a diffuser?
Add Cedarwood 3 · Lavender 1 · Frankincense 1 · Lemon 1 · Tea Tree 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of cedarwood?
Swap cedarwood for sandalwood or patchouli — same woody family. The blend will shift a little: sandalwood is creamy, smooth and long-lasting.
When is the best time to use wheezy and worn out?
Use it in closed rooms, on humid days, in monsoon season or after long hours of air conditioning — diffuse in short 20–30 minute runs.
