Blend recipes · Easy breathing
On a work trip, sleeping in an unfamiliar hotel, a familiar scent is reassuring. Lavender leads softly, frankincense and bergamot balance warm and bright, and tea tree with lemon add a clean accent. Mix it into a roll-on with carrier oil to apply on your wrists, or put a few drops on the hotel pillow. Compact and light, it takes up no room in your suitcase.

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Bergamot and Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
